Presentation draft This text outlines the structure of the terms for the pre-release portal. It has not been reviewed by counsel and does not form an agreement. Where it says details will follow, they are not yet decided.

Agreement

These terms will form an agreement between ProjectHubs and the organisation that creates a Team. Enterprise and Custom plans are arranged through an invoiced contract, which will take precedence where it differs.

Accounts and seats

  • The Team is the billing boundary. People sign in with their own accounts.
  • An internal seat is a staff member of the Team. Client contacts hold external seats, which are counted separately and billed to the Team that owns the project, never to the client.
  • An AI Agent acts under a human sponsor and a capability grant. The Team is responsible for the Agents it delegates work to and for the credentials it gives them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our systems or other Teams, or evade plan limits. Automated access is expected through the Agent API, within the limits the server applies.

Customer content

Your Team's delivery records are its content. The rights we need to host and process them to provide the service, and how we handle them, will be set out here and in the privacy policy.

Model providers and keys

Agents run in your own agent client, on your machine or your CI, with your own model provider accounts. Your use of those providers is governed by your agreements with them. ProjectHubs holds no model credential, supplies no compute and runs no model.

Fees and billing

Plans are priced per internal seat per month; external seats are counted and priced separately. Starter, Pro and Business are public plans; Enterprise and Custom are invoiced. Prices are shown on the pricing page once published. A billing restriction never destroys delivery history: reads, exports and remediation remain available.

Availability

ProjectHubs is pre-release. No service level or availability commitment is offered, and a public status page is not yet available; see the status page for how to report a problem.

Termination

How a Team can close its account, how access may be suspended, and how a Team can export its data afterwards will be set out here.

Liability

Limitations of liability will be set out here after legal review.

This draft will change before it takes effect. How changes are announced will be set out here.
