Privacy policy

Presentation draft This text outlines the structure of the policy for the pre-release portal. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not a binding statement of how data is processed. Where it says details will follow, they are not yet decided.

What this policy covers

This policy will explain how ProjectHubs handles personal information when you visit this site, create an account, or use the ProjectHubs application and its Agent API. The delivery records your Team creates are described separately under Customer content.

Information we collect

  • Account details such as your name, email address, the Teams you belong to and your roles in them.
  • Billing details such as the billing contact for a Team. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.
  • Usage and security data such as requests made to the application and the Agent API, and audit events recording who did what.
  • Communications you send us. The demo and newsletter forms on this site are previews and do not send or store anything.

Customer content

Projects, Work Items, comments, decisions, approvals, evidence records and files your Team creates are customer content. We process it to provide the service to your Team.

ProjectHubs runs no model and holds no model credential: Agents run in your own agent client. Raw prompts, tool output, file content and secrets are not copied into the durable audit record by default.

How we use information

  • To run, secure and support the service, including investigating abuse and incidents.
  • To bill the Team for its internal and external seats and to apply the entitlements of its plan.
  • To send service notices about your account and Team.

Sub-processors

We use third-party providers to host and operate the service, including a payment provider for billing. The list of sub-processors, their purposes and their locations will be published here before the policy takes effect.

Retention

Retention is conservative by default. A billing restriction never destroys a Team's delivery history. Audit records are kept longer than other records because approvals, scope decisions and authority changes may serve as contract or incident evidence. Specific retention periods will be stated here.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. How to make a request will be described here.
